InnoSmart provides digital tools for managing hackathons, innovation challenges, applications, evaluations, innovation profiles, and talent discovery programs.

Features and services may vary depending on the program or organization.

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• Submit genuine, lawful, and appropriately authorized content.
• Respect intellectual property rights and applicable program guidelines.
• Avoid misuse, unauthorized access, or activities that disrupt platform operations.

Participation in challenges, hackathons, or competitions may be subject to additional eligibility requirements, deadlines, evaluation criteria, and organizer-specific rules.

Registration does not guarantee selection, recognition, awards, employment, or other opportunities.

Program organizers remain responsible for their published program rules and decisions unless otherwise agreed.

InnoSmart's software, branding, design, and platform content are owned by Nimaisoft Systems Pvt. Ltd. or its respective licensors.

Participants retain ownership of their original submissions unless they agree to separate program-specific intellectual property terms.

By submitting content, participants grant the permissions reasonably necessary to host, process, display to authorized evaluators, and administer the relevant program, subject to applicable agreements and privacy requirements.

Where applicable, program fees, payment terms, and refund eligibility will be communicated during registration or through the relevant program's published policies.

We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occasionally affect access.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nimaisoft Systems Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from platform use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address security threats, violations of these terms, or unlawful activity, subject to applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts at [Applicable City, State], subject to mandatory legal requirements.
